From Duloe road, cross the bridge in Church Bridge and park your car at the small car park at the beginning of the slope( or a bit higher at another car park as well).
(S/E) Start next to the bridge and head to the path past the barrier in private woodlands. Follow this straight path until you reach a turning.
(1) Bear left, cross the old stone bridge and go straight on a small path ignoring the track on your right. After this small ascent, bear left at this second big turning. Follow the main track next to the West Looe River for one mile until you reach a car park. Turn left at the descending road and turn right at the fork in Church Bridge village.
(2) Go past Tremadart Mill House, go up the steep road for a few meters and turn left to the public footpath when you see a barrier and a small car park. Go straight on the track, ignoring paths going down to the river on your left. Then the track becomes a smaller footpath, not very well market.
(3) Then, you enter woodlands, it's time to pay attention: when the path lightly turns right you will see a small and steep path going down on your left (notice a yellow arrow signpost a bit hidden by plants on your right). Follow this steep path, go through old pieces of trunk and you join a private property. As indicated, cross the driveway to access road and cross the gate.
(4) At crossroads next to Galena Cottage, turn left. In Herodsfoot, past the cross, go straight (follow Lanreath signpost) and bear left at the next fork where you can notice an old stone building. Follow this road for half a mile and turn left heading to the public footpath when you see a small car park. Follow this main path along the river (ignore a footbridge on your left) until you reach a descending road. Go down and you are back to your car.(S/E)
