Discover the vegetation's biodiversity of the Mont Ventoux.
From Bedoin, take the road (by car) leading to the Mont Ventoux.
Cross the remarkable cedar's forest then the beech forest will appear.
Continue (approx. 10km) until you find a car park on the right-hand side. (Jas des Melettes)
A trail starts on the left-hand side (GR91b) and goes up through beech and oaks trees to the ridge, the vegetation then becomes dense.
Follow the trail (GR) leading to a spring, 'la Font d'Angiou' ('the angel's fountain').
Then, continue on the other side on a forest path (GR91b) which winds around the valley's flank (the vegetation is lower, you'll find pine trees, boxwoods...), until you reach a hunting lodge 'le Rat' in the middle of a meadow, a picnic area.
Go back the same way until 'la Font d'Angiou', leave the trail (GR) to your right, and continue on the track.
Don't follow the first path at your right side.
Continue until you see a second path on the right-hand side.
Follow it then turn left towards the car park.

Looks a really interesting walk, but the day we arrived it was below the snow line and our gear was not up to the conditions. We walked on a parallel path at a lower level. There are many. Excellent views of the region.
A beautiful round trip leading to the summit and back along the crests.
Beautiful climb up the southern slopes of Mont Ventoux from the hamlet of Sainte Colombe 4 km from Bédoin.
This hike on the southern slope of Mont Ventoux, narrow, wooded and always chilly, carved out by capricious waters, leads to a vast panoramic view.
The Nesque River gorges and the Saint Michel chapel starting from the Bourget Lake in Monieux.
Take a walk between Mormoiron and Villes-sur-Auzon on the trails of old ochre quarries.
From Buis-les-Baronnies, walk around the Rocher Saint-Julien enjoying the views of the Baronnies and Mont Ventoux.
