Park by Ridgegate Reservoir or in the Trentabank carpark.
(S/E) Take the footpath through the woods with Ridgegate reservoir on your right and turn left at Clark Lane
(1) Turn right immediately after Bottoms Reservoir and take the steep path up to the top of Tegg's Nose. Enjoy the fine views. Follow the path to Buxton Old Road.
(2) Turn right into the Tegg's Nose Country Park and exit on the path down the hill towards Clough House and then turn left up the footpath towards Hacked Way Lane.
(3) Turn right off Hacked Way Lane along the footpath into the forest and follow this until reaching Charity Lane. You will see a small chapel which is well worth exploring. Continue down Charity Lane and turn left along a footpath and continue down the hill and rejoin Charity Lane.
(4) Turn right and back to the start of the walk.(S/E)
