Hi S800TED,
Thank you for this precious feedback. Could you please suggest how the description could be improved as you just did the walk? It would be so much help for the next walkers.
Enjoy your walks

You will find a link in 'Useful Information '
page to

http://www.graemelinford.com/walks/sutto...

Here the walk is broken down into a greater number of waypoints each with an associated picture and detailed map ,downloadable in several formats , ,hopefully making route easier to follow.
Not sure exactly where you lost the route, so can't reasonably update the associated description.

A good walk in an urban area to tie in 3 parks also with a good pub about half way. When you come out of Clock Face Park you need to turn right to get to the path across the field, which is at the side of a high wall. There are gravel paths for most of the walk and only walking shoes needed.

Thanks for feedback. Glad you enjoyed the walk.
When you upload a route to visorando the system restricts how many waypoints you can include depending on length of walk, hence directions are similarly reduced.

To overcome this I include a link in, the description, to the walk at www.graemelinford.com which has more waypoints, gpx version, kml version and pictures.

This site also contains several more walks in the area which you may enjoy.

this wonderful route linked together some magical areas, without very much road walking. the directions were a bit weak, but with the map and a compass we did not stray far. Highly recomended

The first part of the wall was fine, but there need to be more directions overall. The vagueness of statements like ‘take a footpath’ with no other landmark led to us losing the path on the second half of the walk
